Who can use it?
To find out if activation will work in your car, you’ll need the last seven digits of your VIN.
- to open the BMW VIN Decoder database and input your VIN.
- Check to see if your vehicle has either of the following installed:
- 6AC, 6AE, 6NH (all three) or
- 6NH and 609 (both)
If you see either of these combinations, you’re good to go.
